Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card up front. Self-hosted agents are free and unlimited on every tier, including the trial.

Pro includes everything in Starter; Scale includes everything in Pro.
What counts as a "task"?
A task is a single conversation with your agent — from the first prompt through to the agent's final reply. Whether it's a one-shot question or a multi-step workflow with tool calls, the whole exchange counts as one task.
- Follow-up messages inside the same conversation do not start a new task.
- Starting a fresh conversation does count as a new task.
- A scheduled job firing counts as an automation execution (see below), which is metered separately from tasks.
What counts as an "automation execution"?
Automations are prompts that run on a cron schedule — for example, a nightly report or a weekly digest. Each scheduled fire counts as one execution against your automation allowance for the month.

Self-hosting is always free
The agent daemon is open source. Self-hosted agents are unlimited and free on every plan, including the trial. The paid plans cover Nairi's managed hosting and infrastructure for the agents we run for you.

What happens when you hit a limit
We'll reach out before you hit the ceiling so you can upgrade with no surprises. Agents are never cut off mid-task — if a task starts inside your allowance, it finishes, even if it pushes you over. Sustained overage is handled by upgrading the plan, not by silent throttling.
Free trial
- 14 days, every plan. No credit card required.
- Full feature access — same limits as the paid tier, same support level.
- At the end of the trial, you can convert to a paid plan or let it expire. Data is retained per the data retention policy so a delayed upgrade doesn't lose state.
Annual billing & volume pricing
Annual plans get a 20% discount off the monthly price on Starter and Pro. There's no self-serve annual checkout yet — email us and we'll switch your billing over. The same channel handles volume discounts and invoice-based billing for Scale.
How billing works
Billing is currently handled manually by the Nairi team.
- Payments and invoices run through Stripe. Once you're on a paid plan, Stripe sends invoices, receipts, and renewal notices to your billing email.
- Anything else — upgrading, downgrading, cancelling, switching to invoice-based billing, refund requests, tax / VAT details, changing your billing contact — happens by talking to us:
- Email support@nairi.ai, or
- Message us in your shared Slack or Discord channel (we set one up for every customer at sign-up).
There is no self-serve billing UI in the product yet. If you need anything billing-related that isn't covered here, just reach out.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Email support@nairi.ai (or ping us in Slack / Discord) with the org name and the change you want.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current period.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, data is retained per the data retention policy.
Refunds
Email support@nairi.ai with the org name and the charge you'd like refunded. Eligibility follows the Terms of Service.
