Deploys Run in the Background

Redeploying an agent used to block the dashboard until the operation finished. With several agents redeploying at once, that regularly ended in a timeout.

What changed

• Fire and return. Clicking Redeploy returns immediately. You can navigate anywhere in the dashboard while the deploy runs.
• Live progress everywhere. A completion toast ("Agent deployed" or "Deploy failed") appears wherever you are in the dashboard when a deploy finishes. It survives page loads: a deploy started from the fleet view still notifies you when you've moved to an agent's config page.
• Deployment history. The new Deployments tab on each agent's page shows the 20 most recent deploys: status, start time, duration, attempt count, and the error if it failed.
• A redeploy during a deploy isn't lost. If you request another redeploy while one is already running, it runs automatically when the current one finishes.
