App Scheduled Jobs

Scheduled jobs used to require a connected Slack or Discord channel. Now you can create jobs that run independently as app-level tasks.

What changed

There's a new "app" job type that isn't tied to any channel. Set up a cron schedule, write the prompt, and optionally pick which agent should handle it. The job runs on schedule and the result shows up in your tasks page.

This is useful for background work like recurring reports, cleanup routines, or monitoring checks where you don't need the output posted to a chat channel.

Agent selection

You can now assign a specific agent to any scheduled job. If you have multiple agents, pick the one with the right tools and context for the task instead of relying on the default.
